1. I told them that I had some of the things done on the car already (example brake fluid exchange) and they keep asking about it multiple times. 2. I spent over $4,300. When I went to use my credit card, you were going to charge me 3% for using it. That is an additional $130. Absolutely RIDICULOUS! In fact I probably will not come back to your business. Otherwise everything seems to have been done correctly.

I came in today for an oil change. And noticed when I turn my heat on, I hear a loud noise. MY CAR was NOT making any noises when I brought it in today. I can definitely say I'm not at all happy about this.

I was very pleased with my service experience with Trey Johnson. He went over everything that was going to be done on my vehicle. He also contacted MaxCare and got the work primarily covered under my warranty and letting me know how work was progressing. I am very satisfied with Trey's customer service and attentiveness. Thanks to Anthony for the ride to and from my doctor appointment. I had a TAVR in December at Indianapolis Heart Hospital continue to be in recovery. I live alone and have no family nearby. He was so kind and willing to accommodate my circumstances.
