Everything went well except one. We were charged $160 to be told that we had a problem that we knew we had for over a year. We wanted the problem fixed, not diagnosed. Very misleading and it felt like a money grab. Not ok. No matter what you do we will it be back. Trust is everything, period.

Dear Toyota of Kokomo, This is my second unsuccessful visit to your service center, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. During my recent visit, the technician added coolant to my car but forgot to replace the plug on the coolant tank. This oversight has left me questioning the technical competence of your employees. It is deeply concerning to me that I now feel the need to double-check every aspect of the work performed by your team. While I truly appreciated the quality of the two previous services I received, this recent experience has eroded my trust in your business. As a result, I have no plans to return to your service station or recommend it to others. I will be returning the additional coupon for an oil change to the general manager’s office as soon as possible.
