I was told our tire sensors would be fixed at no cost cause we had just bought our Toyota Rav 4 a week prior and when my wife took it in they tried to reprogram them and when that didn’t work they said well the tire shop I had fix our flat tire must have screwed up the 3 other sensors on tires they didn’t even touch and will not cover them since they didn’t fix the flat. They gave us a quote of 700+ to fix them which is way inflated so hopefully they enjoyed selling the car and getting the commission because I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and especially not the service department.

I had an absolutely incredible experience with the Kokomo Honda service team. They were extremely supportive and understanding with my car’s situation and fought to get coverage through my insurance. I honestly don’t even know where to start!! I’ve had such a wonderful experience with Honda over the past 5 years with the amazing customer service and now the service department! Every one has always been so helpful, kind, honest, knowledgeable, and I could literally keep going on and on! I used the service department today for the first time, for an oil change and tire rotation. And wow!! I was impressed!! The service department was huge, and very nice and clean and very well staffed! The service techs were all very nice and friendly. They were very informative and explained everything very thoroughly on what they did to my car. They were very busy but still got me in and out fairly quickly. While I was waiting in the waiting room, I received text messages with updates on everything they were working on and the progress. Thank you so much for that! The whole experience went very smoothly and well. I don’t have one complaint just all good things to say! Very good environment and everyone was just so kind and made you feel welcome :) very trustworthy too! I would definitely give this whole place a million stars! They are also very flexible with getting an appointment! I was running a little behind for my appointment, but they still got me right in and taken care of. Thanks so much Honda for your great services and for actually caring about your customers. I can’t wait to come back for my next routine service :)
