Justin went above and beyond! He’s obviously a caring and thoughtful worker. He didn’t simply air up my low tire; he found the leak, took my car into the service area immediately, and had it fixed promptly- at a most reasonable cost. When it was finished, he offered to bring the car to me instead of making me walk farther. It’s people like Justin that keep me returning to Kokomo Auto World. It’s the only place I trust with my car. Thank you for the great caring service!

I’m currently on my way to retrieve my vehicle. The battery is dead and it died while running. It’s currently at the intersection of Markland and 931. That is a brand new battery. I’ve had it for less than 48 hours. Please tell me again how there is no slow drain on that battery.

It was a pleasure to deal with Justin Brantley today. He managed the routine maintenance of my vehicle. The Service Tech. recommended some possible issues that I will need to address in the future. Justin explained these issues clearly and completely. I will happily return and interact with Justin in the future.

Carol was amazing it was everyone else involved that led to massive confusion and delays in communication. We got the truck back and now there is a different problem. This wasn’t the smooth truck buying process we hoped for. Carol did her best and no fault goes to her.
