Nothing was done to correct the problem. All I got was a paper telling me all the other things that supposedly need done. I paid for nothing.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. But I mentioned when I called to schedule, when I dropped off my car, and when I checked out that I wanted the maintenance my prius said was due and to get my AC fixed. I even made comments about leaving to go out of town and being thrilled they could get me in and fixed so I wouldn't need the cost of a rental. When checking out I mentioned when I called prior being told they would do a diagnostic and was glad they could fix the AC. That is when it was mentioned about them doing something different. I still believed it was an AC fix but temporary like refilling/recharging the AC and made that comment. My payment was taken and I left without the repair I wanted and when able to look up what was done it was not what was requested and was not even close to needing to be done!!

Everyone I dealt with was awesome! It was my first service trip to Kokomo auto world and I cannot say enough good things about it. I have always owned GM vehicles because I worked for General Motors as my parents. I have no real complaints about the GM Service departments that I interacted with, however, they do not hold a candle to what Kokomo auto world does. Keep !

I should have received a tire rotation during the oil change but that couldn’t be done due to the rear hub assembly issue. When they fixed the rear hub assembly I thought the tire rotation would have been done at that time but it was not. I was told I could schedule a tire rotation appointment for a later date however I live in Logansport and I have already made 2 trips to Kokomo I didn’t want to make another with the price of gas. So I will have to have that service done locally.

Jessica Koon is a professional who represents your company very well. She took the extra effort to make certain that the communication between all parties (me, her, and the actual service technician) was clear and unambiguous. She obviously wants to do her job well-and she did. Jessica Koon is the type of professional that I enjoy doing business with-and I will be back to do more business as the need arises.
