This is the first time in 12 years I have to be surcharged because I am paying with credit card in any Honda facility. I feel the charges were not justified at all. I have been servicing my Honda cars for the past 12 years and this is the only charges where you don’t even know the workmanship and the oil and other products cost. This was my first time at your service station it’s a welcoming experience.

I asked the lady to tell the mechanics not to fill up my washer fluid. Well when I got report it said they filled it up so I went out to find out if the lady told mechanics not to fill it. Well left a note on it. Well when I went to find out the guy said she didn't leave a note well when I walked out there to the bay to get my car I told her she didn't put a note about my windshield washer fluid and she grined. This is the second time this has happened.

I arrived and was checked in ten minutes prior to my appointment. I spent an hour and forty minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. I think maybe the techs need appointments spaced further out so customers aren’t having such a long wait time.
