Checking in/out my car was great. However, my skid plate had been unfastened and was failed to be refastened so as I started my journey to a work trip out of town, my skid plate was dragging on the road. I already started behind schedule being on the road so I could not go back and ask them for fix til I come back from trip. Anxiety from this situation is not appreciated. I did express to the team that I have been outsourcing for oil changes and tires due to inconveniences like this in the past..

Nothing was done to correct the problem. All I got was a paper telling me all the other things that supposedly need done. I paid for nothing.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. But I mentioned when I called to schedule, when I dropped off my car, and when I checked out that I wanted the maintenance my prius said was due and to get my AC fixed. I even made comments about leaving to go out of town and being thrilled they could get me in and fixed so I wouldn't need the cost of a rental. When checking out I mentioned when I called prior being told they would do a diagnostic and was glad they could fix the AC. That is when it was mentioned about them doing something different. I still believed it was an AC fix but temporary like refilling/recharging the AC and made that comment. My payment was taken and I left without the repair I wanted and when able to look up what was done it was not what was requested and was not even close to needing to be done!!

Everyone I dealt with was awesome! It was my first service trip to Kokomo auto world and I cannot say enough good things about it. I have always owned GM vehicles because I worked for General Motors as my parents. I have no real complaints about the GM Service departments that I interacted with, however, they do not hold a candle to what Kokomo auto world does. Keep !

Very, very satisfied with Jessica Koon and Jim Adams. They both listened closely to my issue and interacted with me the entire time to make sure it was solved thoroughly. I am already recommending them to friends and family.
