I should have received a tire rotation during the oil change but that couldn’t be done due to the rear hub assembly issue. When they fixed the rear hub assembly I thought the tire rotation would have been done at that time but it was not. I was told I could schedule a tire rotation appointment for a later date however I live in Logansport and I have already made 2 trips to Kokomo I didn’t want to make another with the price of gas. So I will have to have that service done locally.

Jessica Koon is a professional who represents your company very well. Justin went above and beyond! He’s obviously a caring and thoughtful worker. He didn’t simply air up my low tire; he found the leak, took my car into the service area immediately, and had it fixed promptly- at a most reasonable cost. When it was finished, he offered to bring the car to me instead of making me walk farther. It’s people like Justin that keep me returning to Kokomo Auto World. It’s the only place I trust with my car. Thank you for the great caring service!

I’m currently on my way to retrieve my vehicle. The battery is dead and it died while running. It’s currently at the intersection of Markland and 931. That is a brand new battery. I’ve had it for less than 48 hours. Please tell me again how there is no slow drain on that battery.
