When I called the dealership this morning, I recognized Jessica's voice on the other end when I explained the problem. I appreciate that Jessica took the initiative to schedule an appointment for our car before we'd even gotten it jump-started and out of our garage. We were able to speak with her when we arrived at the dealership and she was very efficient in getting our car checked in. She was very forthcoming with communication about our car. We're very thankful and happy with our experience, and also glad it was just in need of a new battery.

My husband brought the car in for a key fob replacement. He was told in advance that they had the specific key on hand, however they did not and were just going to send him on his way with just the fob, until he called it to their attention. He has already paid but was told they would be ordering it.This business practice is not good and is causing me to lose faith in this specific dealership in kokomo. I am also seriously considering purchasing a vehicles from other manufacturers where I wouldn’t have to deal with recurring issues as my recent oil change also indicated poor business practices.

Your staff was exceptionally efficient. Just disappointed my fobs couldn’t be programmed. It would have been nice to get advice on how to proceed. My car is old but still functions well. It was the first of 3 cars I bought from you. I know a couple mechanics and will get their input. Thanks again for trying.

My appointment was for 8:45 and was told it would take 1 hour. The process took almost 2 hours and I was not advised during the process, so I decided to seek out a representative and asked about the status. At first they weren’t able to give me info and then apologized for being short staffed. I don’t think this is good business practice and will strongly consider going to another business next time.
