Hi, I appreciate the follow-up. Unfortunately, my experience today was disappointing. I came in clearly stating that I was there for an oil change and confirmed that I had ToyotaCare, but was told it would be $30 since the coverage had expired. I agreed to pay. When I returned, I was told only a tire rotation had been done—even though I never asked for that service. When I questioned it, the representative was dismissive, insisted she "explained it to me" (she hadn’t), and implied I should have known an oil change wouldn't be $30. The interaction felt condescending and unprofessional.

I felt the recommendation for alignment was not based on any actual metrics. The implication was that scuffed rims were associated with the recommendation. No reference to uneven tire wear, It felt like unnecessary upselling. The battery recommendation, on the other hand, had measurable evidence. However the cost quoted is just too much greater than I can do elsewhere.

They got my RAV4 in quickly and got the service done. It helps to not have to set a long time waiting. And Jessica explained what they did and answered a question I had. It was a pleasant time today.

Mr. Johnson is a great customer service specialist, always pleasant and very knowledgeable. Explains everything with logic and down to earth language. Why would I want to take my vehicle anywhere else, Just Saying!

I was told it would take about 50 minutes to service my vehicle. After one and a half hour I went to inquire about the progress and my vehicle was finished and parked outside but I had not been informed and had been waiting needlessly.
