Your service department is terrible. I’ll never bring my truck back there. We have been letdown by them time after time after time. It is the definition of insanity for me…. Doing the same thing and expecting different results. The results have almost always been the same. They don’t do what they say they’re goo to do, they waste my time. Repeatedly. It’s on me for continuing to take my vehicle back there. I assure you it won’t happen again. I will now take it to the Warsaw location.

Trey was great, but the tech who worked on my car didn't complete all of the multi point inspection. Trey handled the situation really well, but it shouldn't have happened in the first place. I don't want to be contacted about it.

You can't control the people who come through your door, but you can control yourself. I saw Trey open up a workshop on how to maintain your cool with an upset customer in the lobby, and he handled them extremely well. You could tell the person wasn't upset with Trey, just at the situation and he did a great job handling it. I was just there for a tire rotation and my service was excellent. Just wanted to highlight how Trey handled himself in that situation. Great stuff!

I was told that the brake fluid cap was not replaced the last service and now I have to replace my brake fluid. I had not been under the hood since the last service so it was left off at the time of service before. Very irritating
