Trey provided updates on the status of my vehicle. Trey demeanor is so calm towards the customer. He has calm way of explaining what was found and what maintenance work is needed. But, I didn’t feel pressure from him to do this work now.

You people won't stop begging me!!! I wish you could just KNOW that when I am no longer satisfied with my service I will go somewhere else. But no you just keep texting, calling and harassing me with stupid little surveys. If you people would leave me alone or at least tell me how to block your number I would be happier!!

Jessica! She is very outstanding person who help me out with repair of my vehicle. Something went wrong with the computer system. A camera malfunction was found so got with Allstate to see if they would replace camera and it went well. They did cover this part. Jessica is a very outstanding associate to your dealership!!! She kept me informed about how long it would take and if something happened she would let me know which I really appreciated. She did an outstanding job!!!! Thank you Jessica!!

The issues were not fixed at all. We kept insisting that something had gone wrong when your dealership changed the car battery in June. Nobody would listen to us and said it couldn’t possibly be that. After wasting two visits at your service station, along with our money, we took it to an actual certified Honda service department that was recommended to us by a local mechanic and they discovered almost immediately that your team had not attached the battery securely when you installed it. They tightened up the connections and all our problems went away. Our car was stalling in the middle of the road and shifting into neutral and park on its own while we were driving. It was dangerous. And you ignored us. We will not be back.
