Jessica Koon is a godsend. We came from hours away Northern Indiana. We were taking our youngest, disabled son to Riley for an appointment when the check engine light came on and later started blinking. We googled the closest Honda service and arrive at 715am. When the service dept opened at 730am, we were kindly greeted by Jessica and was fit in at 845am for diagnostics. Although the part was not in stock, she found the part in Indy. I asked about renting a car to get my son to the appt and if there was any possibility that I pick up the part and drive it back, would they do the repair? They did! We got to the appointment on time. Thank the Lord we left really early amd were met with Jessica. We got home safely the same night and able to pick our other son from a friend's house. Now the kids are in their beds and we are all home safe. We are so grateful! Thank you!

I recently worked with Jordan Taylor for service on my Honda HR-V, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Jordan was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to clearly explain what my vehicle needed, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident about the work being done. The service was completed efficiently, and my HR-V is running perfectly. Jordan’s attention to detail and commitment to great customer care really stood out. I left feeling well taken care of and will definitely return for future service. Highly recommend Jordan Taylor for anyone looking for outstanding Honda service!

When it comes to the service team they are very courteous, respectful, and tried to do their best to help out with the situation at hand. However, when it comes to the problem with a clicking sound on the Honda prologue, I do believe Honda knows there’s an issue, but will not deal with it. You can see this with customers online that are reporting this issue and it is not being solved, rather it seems they are whitewashing the issue by saying this is normal. Having a clicking sound when you turn right or left is not normal. There is a problem. At this point if I could get out of my lease, I would. And when it comes to buy my next EV, it will not be a Honda and that is coming from folks here that over the last 10 years have owned 4 Honda cars.
