I would have liked if it would have been explained in more detail why I was recommended already to have differential service on the truck with only 33,500 miles when I don't tow. After checking around with friends and co-workers I couldn't find anyone who has had their differential serviced, much less with that low of mileage. Everyone i mentioned it to raised their eyebrows in surprise.

Difficult to answer: everyone was great to superb to talk with and i believe tried 100% to solve the problem… but, the problem is intermittent and could not be resolved until they actually see the problem occur with the liftgate malfunctioning… unfortunately for me, i have had to pay a fee of $159 on 2 different occasions and yet the problem persists. So, I’m out over $300 and although everyone did everything possible, the liftgate worked perfectly fine for the mechanic. Just can’t get the problem to occur when it is in the shop… it was acting up consistently, scheduled an appointment, and of course everything was fine…. And i understand and see both side of the issue too… can’t fix the problem when you can’t find what is causing the problem. But, I’m still $300+ lighter in the end…. So tricky question to answer without throwing anyone under the bus…

Great team of service providers. Jacob always goes out of his way to help. One time I came in right at closing to have my tires checked and he took the time to check and add air .

My oil change and car checkup was at 11:00AM and l went home after that but when l left to go to a friend’s house at 6:30PM the low tire pressure light came on so l will call them in the morning to check that. They are always very nice in there though. Jacob is one of my favorites.
