Jake’s customer service and pleasant personality is appreciated. The continued update and email information about my vehicle was helpful. Jake provided an estimated time that the work would be completed and it was done by that time. The amenities in the waiting room is appreciated too with the TV, snacks, and drinks provided. I had a follow up question and it was answered.

My car is still under warranty. Yet I was charged $160 for a very simple problem that they should have known. I paid for them to have a learning experience because they didn't know what was going on. A simple battery pack was plugged into my car causing the car too stay running when I shut it off. I was charged $160 for them to unplug the battery pack. I understand that they ran the diagnostic thing, but they should have known this could happen already. They should have known to just check for the battery.
