I am satisfied with the actual detailing and oil change of my vehicle, but having to sit 1.5 hours just for the paperwork to be completed when my vehicle was sitting on the lot, service completed, ready to be picked up is ridiculous. I ended up having to call my wife to ask her to leave work early and speed to pick up our child from daycare. The vehicle was dropped off at 7:30am and I didn’t leave the service center until close to 5pm.

Jordan did a great job answering all my questions. Very courteous with assisting me through the door while carrying some materials. He explained the limitations of my maintenance contract & let me talk to the mechanic who worked on my squeaky brakes. JOB WELL DONE!

I would have liked if it would have been explained in more detail why I was recommended already to have differential service on the truck with only 33,500 miles when I don't tow. After checking around with friends and co-workers I couldn't find anyone who has had their differential serviced, much less with that low of mileage. Everyone i mentioned it to raised their eyebrows in surprise.
