I do miss having the printout of all the checked items from our service - for example - the individual items, tire pressure/tread - fluid levels etc. I think the new text message system is efficient - just am unable to go back and clearly “see” the recommendations of other services we might need soon

The team went above to fix my broke hood latch. I was driving from Michigan to Nashville and the team save my day!!! It was a little fix but the made sure I got on the road quickly and safely! My FJ and I think you all. Merry Christmas

I liked the videos of my truck being checked under the hood and also under the truck but it would be nice if they had a video of rotating the tires so customers could be sure their tires were actually rotated. Very nice staff.

Good work and fast. I like the text messages and videos. I did have to come back I. The service department after I got the keys because the tire pressure sensor was on. Service department checked my tire pressure and said it was okay and the light will go away after it reset itself. I am concerned it will not reset.

Nothing got done. but took over 2 hours find out it was a problem having an auto start put on by another’s company that specializes in that.

We're very thankful to see the front door lock button restored into service. The inspection was much appreciated since it sorta reassures us of safe travel for the time being. God Bless!
