Jake, WasProfessional, thorough, and kept me updated on the service being done to my car. I had a question about how to remote start my car and Jake was able to not only explain it, but show me how to do it!Justin, new to his role was was also very helpful with answering questions and explaining the service my car needed. Check-in was smooth and efficient. The waiting area was clean and well stocked. Having happy nutrition in need me the waiting area makes it irresistible to try their products!

Jessica was an absolute pleasure to work with today. She saw that I was stressed about many things beyond my car. She made it her personal mission to make everything right with a "bring back" after a very pricey repair that wasn't done properly nor completely. She was kind, thorough, and made sure my car was 100% right!!

Jordan always takes care of my vehicle and gets it done in a timely fashion. He is not pushy about upselling things I don't need or want, which I greatly appreciate. I have not always had great experiences at the Kokomo Auto World service center, but I've always had a good experience when Jordan is working. Please keep up the good work.

I was told on the phone when scheduling the service that for the oil change and the coolant exchange it would be estimated at $245. When I was sent a text from the service department after they had done the full inspection it stated that it would be $256. When I arrived to pick up my car they told me it was $356. When I questioned it they said they forgot to include the “parts” for the coolant exchange. They only honored the quote after telling them that I only had the amount they quoted me. The service professional I believe named Nick was kind and apologized multiple times however the service professional that was checking me out was extremely annoyed and acted like I had no right to be upset and then acted as though she’d done me a favor by lowering the price to $332. The whole thing was just not a good experience and though I am greatful they only charged me the $245, I do not feel like it was a favor or courtesy but that the price quoted to me should have been what I paid in the first place. I have had service done at this location a few other times because I was unable to get in to Honda of Fishers where I normally have my services done and EVERY SINGLE TIME I have a service done at this location they screw us over one way or another.
