He picked my car up from my house to be serviced & girl could get used to that. I didn’t have to go out in the cold or sit in the cold lobby & listen to a man speak too loudly on his cell phone for 2 hours. Can we do this every time I need service?!

The service was great, I love it there, but no one could explain why the drain plug wears smooth, other than I will need to get a better one from the Mazda dealership. That’s all, I trust your technicians with my car. If the drain plug is stripped, I worry about the oil pan being damaged.

Jordan was very accommodating and thorough with his service suggestions. When I had to come back a second time to figure out why the check engine light was still on, I was checked in quickly and serviced quickly as well!

Appt at 8:30 was for tire pressure sensors which I was told at my last appt were special ordered. Today at my appt I was told they did not have them & would have to be reordered (I rescheduled my original appt). I was offered to have them get some from the parts store down the road which I agreed to. I then waited over 2 hours & was told after 11:00 at check out that the parts did not work & they would have to order oem anyway. This appt has been scheduled for many days. Who is responsible for checking your daily appointments & assuring you have the parts needed to complete the scheduled service? To his credit, Jordan did say he would make this right.

Jessica did a great job! The programming of the tire pressure censor did not finish calibrating and the light is still on. She asked us to bring the car back if the light continued to stay on.

I do not appreciate being quoted $75 on the phone and when I dropped the car off had $78.82 as my total with cash or debit and then checking out and it being $87 because “the parts are quoted at $41 and it ended up being more”. This happens every time. Quote the highest it could be and then when it’s less people are happy. You guys do this every day day in and day out. We should know how much oil is going to be used or “parts” for a simple oil change. Unacceptable.
