Only complaint is I ordered for tire rotation. I am sure that was done as well as tire pressure being adjusted on each tire. But Upon delivery of the car after service, the alert LOW TIRE PRESSURE is being displayed. Is the pressure truly low or was the Alert Limit not reset in the onboard computer? I will be returning to the shop to have the tire pressures verified and have this alarm addressed.

Everyone was very nice and did a good job but…. They told us we need $5500 of work on our car. They said there was a recall several years ago but we never received any notice. The car is a 2009 but it only has 123,500!miles on it. They could have told us a long time ago since we always bring it in for service. The more I think about it the more I feel tou should make it right. We bought that Toyota because they are supposed to be a good car. Since we thought it would be our last car. Please reply.

since when is an oil change not covered? i had to pay $304.00 for an oil change and brake fluid. the code i received when the wrench appeared was A127. when i questioned jessica about it she stated something about the miles and time frame. i didn’t know there was such a thing with a lease.

I have never had anything but great service from Kokomo Honda. From the minute you pull the car into the Service department , there’s nothing but polite/kind employees. Even tho they stated they were running a bit behind, it did not effect my time spent waiting. Another flawless experience today!
