Mistakes are compounding. Few oil changes ago there was a cap left off one of the fluid tanks. I didn’t know about it since I can’t get the hood release cable to pop the hood … next time it came in for service they told me about it and it irritated me. Then last summer I had new tires placed. When it got cold my tire sensor light came on. I brought it in to check on the tire pressure saying I thought the right front looked low. I was told naw the pressure is fine. Light sensor never went off. Then a month ago I brought it in for another oil change and I asked for tire rotation and to check the pressures as the sensor light is still on. I was told the tires were rotated and the pressure was still fine. Now I’m back at the dealership because right front is flat. Service advisor when I told him the issue he said still right front? I said yes I was supposed to have a rotation so does this mean that the service I PAID for last oil change not done? He said he trusted the techs so they said the tires were rotated. I took him to the right side and said this is still flat and I’m not having issues with any other tire.. well they may not have rotated but they might have… this is maddening.

Super nice staff. Very quick to diagnose the issue. Due to year of vehicle and miles in the car decided not to fix but to go a different route. Car was being picked up by someone else whom purchased it knowing it needed work. We couldn’t get the the screws out of the plate do we asked for assistance one screw came out but one didn’t do they took back in the shop drilled a hole in the screw and backed it out Took about 15 minutes and they charged $90+ dollars. I didn’t expect to be free but I did expect it to be fair.

Jessica Koon was so helpful. I was having a really hard day (my mom had been hospitalized and I was driving from Cincinnati to South Bend) and hit a pot hole which destroyed my tire. She was kind, helpful, and super efficient when I got to the dealership with the tow truck. Had me out in a loaner car quickly and was super flexible with my return plans. She was really great!

When you send me video of potential repairs it wod be nice if the video had audio I could hear . Makes no sense to send a video with no audio for us to be able to make a decision on what we might want you to do to resolve the issue you are trying to relay to us .

Just wish the Service technician would’ve had time to wipe it down and also wash the exterior when they were finished as this car was broken in to and there was marks where this guys shoes and hands were all over the inside of my car! But I sure was happy dealing with Jessica. She worked well with the insurance company too! Thank you!
