We regret to say that we were not satisfied with our service experience and we feel it is important to explain why in detail. What was supposed to be a simple repair turned into an ongoing and extremely frustrating situation. We have been without a vehicle since November 25 which has caused significant disruption to our families’s daily life. After several days we were provided a rental car through enterprise however, the vehicle required the tires to be aired up every single day, which was unacceptable. We were then told our vehicle repairs were complete prompting us to return the rental only to learn afterward that the issue would not been resolved, and that there were no loaner vehicles available. As a family with children being without a vehicle was highly inconvenient and stressful. A few days later we placed in a GMC canyon that was filthy from the previous driver and had less than a full tank of gas. While we attempted to make it work for the weekend, the truck went into limp mode while traveling on interstate 70, which was extremely dangerous. We requested a different vehicle specifically one more practical for a family with children in grocery needs but continue to receive Littleton communication regarding the actual status of our vehicle repairs. We were given a work truck. While it was new and had low mileage, it was not suitable for transporting children and groceries together making it impractical for our families needs. During this time we were told our vehicle would be ready on a Monday while we were out of town we had clearly communicated that we will be traveling Saturday through Sunday and would be 16 hours away. Despite this, we were told we would be required to pay for the loaner during that period returning the vehicle was simply not feasible as we were gone for nine days. When Monday arrived, we received no call regarding our vehicle status we called on Tuesday and we’re told we would receive a call back within one and a half to two hours which never happened after calling again on Thursday we were informed the vehicle was still not fixed as of January 6. We were still without our vehicle. At that point, we thought we had no other choice, but to move it to another repair facility in hopes to finally making progress. This experience has been deeply disappointing marked by poor communication, unsafe loaner vehicles, and a lack of consideration for our families needs. We hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve the service experience for future customers.

Had to have vehicle brought in for previous issue that was fixed, experienced same issue 2 weeks later Still couldn't figure out problem, wanted me to agree to several hrs of diagnostics' I couldn't see putting any more money into it, was no guarantee they could figure out the issue. Andrew did a great job getting me into a new car.

Able to answer all my questions and assured me he was there to insure the oil change and tire rotation would be done in order for me to be at my meeting appointment on time which he did and gave me 15 minutes to spare. This is the first time I have felt like I was at a business who valued my business and wanted me to be comfortable to retrain me as a customer. Customer service is the most important thing a business can offer a client to keep them coming back and recommending them to others which I will do.

Timing, from the time we checked in to the time handed complete paperwork it was 2 hours for only an oil change and tire rotation. We asked when arrived if the shop was on track or running behind and was told on time. These should not be a two hour wait for us to sit in the waiting room. Either provide a car to allow us to do our other errands or reduce this period for the customer.
