I had not had a previous great interaction when it came to the service department. Terra took great care of me the day I was there and I really appreciated that.

I was left waiting for 45 minutes. When I went to check progress. I found out, they hadn't even started. I had to leave without service. I later got a text telling me, my truck was serviced and ready for pick up.
I had an appointment scheduled for 10:30 and arrived around 10:05 so I expected to wait a little longer since I was early. Someone came around 11:15 and said they were running behind because they were short one oil change technician. It was 1:30 when they told me my car was ready. I understand that they were short personnel and they did not charge me for the oil change technician. They said it was because it was still covered under our extended warranty. If that’s true then I wonder why they charged me for the previous oil change. Other than that I am always pleased with your service department. Everyone is always polite and professional. I will continue to come for service and I truly understand that you can’t control things when people don’t show up for work.

Coupons on your website were not honored. Always have been accepted in the past.
I was happy with the service until I got home and noticed my air filter cover under the hood wasn't screwed down. They offered to fix it if I bring it back but I just went ahead and screwed it down myself.
Everyone was great. They had me in and out in a timely manner.
Customer Service is not satisfactory. I had to call repeatedly to get updates. And it took way longer to fix my jeep then expected. If I did not have a warranty. I would not have my work done at buick. I also will never buy a car from this buick again.
I booked online and it quoted me 89.95 but my bill was over 100.00 and that was using my 20.00 off service coupon.
The customer waiting area is not very well maintained. Not much snacking to choose from while waiting 1.5 hours oil change. Bathroom trash not been emptied lately. Smelled very bad
