I am never able to get a return phone call, when I call and ask for updates on my vehicle. Everytime I call someone puts in a note for someone to call and no one ever does. I called and left a message on April 30 and May 4th. Never received a reply and then today I get a thank you text for using your service dept but still do not know an update on my vehicle.
He does NOT return phone calls no communication what so ever with client!! My place of employment has got first hand how bad Frank Leta service department is. There was no need for me to say much they got to witness it! I was very disappointed since I was very nice and my husband was NOT
The Checkin went promptly once she got to me. There was quite the line of vehicles coming into service

I also could not determine if the tire rotation and tire pressure sensor re-calibration was comlleted by looking at the receipt.

I had no idea that cv axle was blown. I am so grateful the mechanic found it during the oil change!!! That could’ve been catastrophic!! We had no idea no noise or steering difficulties. Please let the mechanic who did the inspection during oil change that his being observant may have saved our lives!!!!!!!! I can’t say how thankful I am!!!! And I will tell everyone I know what happened and go to Frank Leta!!!! Thank You!!!!

Our ‘25 GMC Denali Ultimate is under warrantee PLUS we bought the extended warranty. We took our truck in for Service Driver Assist System and was charged $169. We have a custom chassis mount on the truck that the dealer knew about when we bought the truck.

I told them to leave keys in it, so I had a ride home when my plane got in at 11pm, got there and it was locked no keys
