Sidney and the Frank Leta team are one of a kind! Full of energy, enthusiastic about their work and the level of care and respect like you are part of the family! Keep up the great work!!!
I dropped the vehicle off around 5pm the evening before my 10:15am oil change since I was in town. Checked my vehicle in with the shop, gave them my keys and signed their tablet being checked in.
The next day (day of my appoitnment), im waiting for the call saying my vehicle is done because I need my vehicle, I get a text that I have missed my appointment. What? You have my vehicle. I called to find out what's going on. Was told they messed up again on checking in my vehicle and that they would get it. I finally got my vehicle later that day for a simple oil change. Also. The mileage on the receipt showed 19,000. Thats way wrong.
Ive not had anything but bad luck here. Ive had my vehicle in 4 times for a rattle in the back seat. Showed the techs 4x where exactly its rattling. Watched 3x how they tried to resolve the issue without ever putting a tool on it. Then writing up what they did on the workorder how they took the seat apart, no. I finally just got some wire ties and stopped the rattle on my own since I can not get any actual work.
I won't be back. This poor service has cost 2 car purchases from me. And talking to my coworkers the other day, I know of 4 other purchased u lost from treating them the same
I won't be back
Sales team was god awful relaying info and nothing was done with me car. Things that could not have been a customers fault were ask to be paid by me.
When booked online it says 79.99
Then I was charged 115.00
very proffessional and thorough
Amazing service as always.
I purchased a 2018 RAV4 from Frank Leta Acura at. Louis three weeks ago. It has a three month warranty. An air conditioning hose broke loose and had to be repaired. The gentleman taking payment charged me 169.99 saying it was non mechanical and not covered. I paid 169.99. After consultation I discover air conditioning components including hoses are mechanical. Additionally I brought it in for transmission flush and after 7 hours was told they didn’t have the tool needed. How does that happen??? Even dealership in St. Louis thought that was remiss. Finally, Frank Leta in St. Louis all point inspection passed the car. Frank LETA IN Cape said it was going to have rotar, brake and ball bearing issues to the tune of $1200. Which dealership is lying? Going to take it to Toyota for full inspection to fined out. Finally I waited over an hour for a transport home onl to find out that the man who told me the ride would be ASAP either didn’t turn it in or order was ignored. Online reviews indicate difficulties getting Frank Leta, including Cape, to honor warranties on used cars and poor responsiveness with used cars system wide with their dealerships. I wish I had researched that before. In sum I. Want my warranty honored as my salesman indicated it would be, I want to know which Frank Leta dealership misled me and I want my money back for the service on a mechanical item that should have been covered by warranty. Frank Leta as a whole has not been a good experience
Waiting for 1 hour and 40 minutes is much longer than I want to wait for oil change and service.
Tobias was professional, efficient, friendly and took great care of me!
My oil change was offered no charge from the start and I waited 3 plus hours and got offered no charge
Tobias did not wait on me, my past experience with him was excellent, I don’t think it should take from 7:10 to 8:45 to get an oil change and tires rotation. My time is just as valuable as anyone else’s. I will probably not be back for service
Tobias is always very professional and great to work with.
They got me in and out quickly today for an oil change.
The communication is not good at all not only with the customer but between departments. It’s hard to get any information or have anything done on you’re vehicle
