Attitude of the service writer needs to be more friendly and an outgoing personality. I had a 745 appointment left my truck night before and they didn’t start on until I showed at 830

All was done was put new battery in after I explained that the battery was just a year old. If it’s bad then there is a reason for it. There is a short in a light switch, door closure, etc.
And the technician broke my door handle.
Cost was outrageous.
They told me I had to take it to GM Body Shop. I have water in the floor board on the driver's seat. I had the same problem back in Oct of last year and they had it for W weeks. It was under warranty in Oct. I now have 37,775.00. I do feel I should have to pay for the same problem. Bi called two GM Body shops and they don't want to get involved with the problem since Leta had worked on it before
I am convinced I was over charged for service on invoice #108631 as no one at the dealership can explain the charges.
Terra was very easy to communicate with and was knowledgeable in helping us get our vehicle repaired.
Amanda was very nice but i hqd qppointment on 4/30/2024 and when i called to let the service people now i was on my way and Terra told me i would have to wait for 1 hour and half before they could get to me i told her i had appointntment and she told me she didnt care so i had travel 60 miles again today 5/1/2024 to get my truck service sunce Amanda was back
Almost a week later and I still haven’t heard from anyone!!!
Twice I've been told I will receive a call back on a Friday letting me know if my vehicle will need to be kept or not over the weekend. The most recent time I stated my need for a loaner vehicle and was told it wouldn't be a problem and I would receive a call back later in the day. I've had to call or have my sales rep walk to the back to get an update on my vehicle every time it's been in. I was also told that they ordered a part and they were waiting on it, but later found out that they were just waiting on a quote. The quote took them from 9:30am on a Friday until 2pm on Monday. I had no idea that I was being charged a diagnostic fee for a vehicle purchased less that 2 months prior, it wasn't communicated to me when I called to have the vehicle checked out. Overall, I experienced a lack of organization, lack of professionalism, and now would not trust the service department to actually address and fix an issue.

I just wanted my oil changed. I was not wanting a multipoint inspection performed. That aside, I was disappointed to see the new filter has teeth marks on it as if it was installed with a wrench. Probably too tight if the wrench left teeth marks. Why was a filter wrench even used to install a filter?
