Tobias didn't help me. It was a young white guy that lied to me multiple times and when he got called out on it he became angry. The guy I spoke with said they inspected my truck in wich they didn't. If they would have they would have noticed that the right rear shock is bad and clanging around. He said he had 2 guys working on my truck to do an oil change and tire rotation and he didn't. The tech told me he was told to only change the oil, yet the ticket clearly stated that they did an inspection and tire rotation. Had an 11:30 appointment my truck was not taken back till almost 12:45. I then spoke with Tara and she was supposed to figure out why he lied to me and she now refuses to talk to me. Your dealership has been a complete joke since the day I bought my truck. I wish I would have never bought my truck from your dealership. When I get the next email from GM asking how my service was they will hear about all of this. Yes i know warranty paid for my oil change but that doesn't negate the fact that your staff keeps lying to customers. I honestly wonder if the oil was even changed. I know it says you will be contacting me about this but I highly doubt anyone does cause all your dealership is worried about is money.

When I accessed the report, there was an item that was recommended to be replaced, but I wasn’t told that when I was checking out! Also, when given the recommended maintenance sheet, it was discovered upon looking at my car’s history 4 of those had already been done previously!!

It took 2 hrs for the I change which I don’t really mind because I have plenty I can get done for work. However, I had to get back for a meeting. My car door has damage from hitting a deer and I’m waiting on the parts. Someone rolled my window down. The window will no longer go back up. I drove home while it was raining with the window half down. No one decided to tell me that the window wouldn’t go back up when I checked out. I’m also confused why anyone would keep trying to roll it down when it typically just goes down halfway and makes a screeching noise. For me that would be a red flag that something’s not right with the window. I didn’t think to say anything when checking in because I didn’t realize anyone would be rolling my window down. Also, I wouldn’t think someone would keep trying to roll it down when it clearly is broken.. Now I’m stuck with a window that won’t roll up.

Was headed out of town & had blow out...called to see if I could bring it in... it was late Friday afternoon & was told to bring it on in... very impressed how fast it was fixed & I was able to get back on the road

Now I’m seeing scratches from a brush that was used to wash it. On top of that a ding in the hood. Plus the paint is chipped on the hood. We have walked around this car proudly since Saturday, so thankfull we were blessed to get a new car , looked over every inch and now dings and scratches. I’m really trying to be positive towards yall , but I’m not seeing any reason. Yall wear told I had to take shield off to get home Saturday night and y’all’s response today is we would have to reschedule, and make my wife and son sit there all day so yall could do something I could’ve had done in 2 hours. Granted a good detail will take half the day , but yall didn’t do that , yall did a 30 minute wipe down. So new rotors and Jerry rigging the shield shouldn’t have taken 2 hours

Not satisfied because I had to sit there for 3.5 to 4 hours just for you to tell me I have to go somewhere else because you can’t read the code. That completely ruined my one day off this week.
