They refused to rotate my tires. They claimed I had a bad tire and a bad wheel. I’ve had the tire and wheel inspected by two different places and they said the damage was all cosmetic. It is perfectly fine to drive on. In fact I’ve put 3000 miles on that tire and wheel since the incident that caused it.
