Ii do not have a problem with Victoria it's the mechanic! I have had my vehicle there for service 4 times coming this Friday. One of the times he never did anything to it and I sat there for 5hrs! He said the check engine light was not on and it was on when I pulled it in there! He also deleted all codes. This is what I am not satisfied with!!

Since we purchased the Yukon atSapaugh gmc, I wanted to make sure that there wasn’t going to be any charges for the audio updates made with your dealership. The person who checked us said that since it would be under warranty, I will agree for the service, this was not so when I checked out! I was charged around 300$ for the work. I was very disappointed with this service for an audio update that should have been under warranty. I will reach out to the owner concerning this next week!

Very polite and efficient to my issue of flat tire during lunch hours. Found nail and got it taken care of when staff came back from lunch.
I made an appointment for my vehicle. The earliest time was 2 weeks out. I arrived at 9 am, my appointment time. At 10:30, my vehicle still had not been looked at. My vehicle did not get finished until noon. I feel 3 hours is ridiculous to simply hook a vehicle up to a code reader and take it for a test drive. The only saving grace was that I was not charged for the visit, due to not being able to get the error messages to pop up.
