We are just curious as to what the truck would be worth, but at this time we are not going to be purchasing a different truck.
Minimal communication from the service manager, difficult to get a hold of, called several times without return calls. Had to wait to pay and pick up my car. Terra stepped in, even though she was not my advisor, and helped with the process.

The time to tell somebody parts dont exist is before they pay for them. Not after parts you didnt want are installed

Tobias was great , he does a good job
Tobias was very nice and helpful with all the questions I had when dropping my car off for maintenance. He was very on top of things and made it very easy for me especially it a timely matter.
The problem with my car was reduced engine power mainly when climbing a steep hill and when accelerating. I haven't had a chance to climb a steep hill but it seems to be accelerating ok without receiving the message.
Tobias was very courteous and attentive to our needs for our vehicle. He did a great job!
I was Tod to have it in at 8:30 and it would take around three hours . I left at 3:30PM. I understand that things come up, but hey I am a customer too. I do appreciate the discount that I received.
Tobias is always efficient in his work, he makes sure that I understand all that is being told to me about my vehicle. He is outstanding in his work ethic , he brings light to Frank Leta and good laughs. He definitely has been a blessing in all of the series of events that I’ve had to come in even for a simple oil change and tire rotation. He makes sure that my questions are answered even when the answer isn’t one I want to hear, but that’s vehicles for you! Definitely glad to be apart of Frank Leta and have a great team of people like Tobias to help out!

I never owned a Buick before , but I got T-boned by a small car, I drove a Ford Escape(built my car) I couldn’t find one anywhere. And the new one felt like I was riding n a coke can. So I prayed about it & after a month, I searched out Buick Encore & even changed the color to pear white. BINGO You all had 2 flat white & 1 pearl. I called & Mike got the call, hold the pearl white-I’m on my way. Drives like “My” Escape- shorter rear end- ok. I’m content- Mike was awesome ❗️Better quality than the then new Ford Escape:-)
