I am proud of my truck. it was an expensive investment so I take really good care of it. I keep my vehicles as clean as I can while using them. I was pretty disappointed when getting my truck back as it had dirt all in the floorboard, dirt all over the inside door panel, and greasy fingerprints on the outside door posts. I understand that the mechanics have a job to do, but a little more consideration would be greatly appreciated!

Simple oil change..... appointment scheduled for 1:15 pm.... didnt get the vehicle back until 430 pm with service department being notified that we were on a time crunch (needing the vehicle back by 3-330 to pick up kids). Its understandable that things get backed up but to "not have the filter" even though the appointment was scheduled in advance..... a simple oil change should not take over 3 hours and cause delays, especially if you have a scheduled appointment. Service team did apologize but this is pretty bad

It is always better to be proactive than reactive. There was nothing proactive about any of this. Took 3 appointments to get the job done, 1 missed appointment I understand was not totally in your control. The first missed appointment could have been avoided altogether if someone would have been proactive and noticed the tech scheduled for my truck was ending the day prior 2 jobs behind and someone call to say that my original appointment wasn't going to be possible. Instead I dropped my truck off the night before because I was under the impression my appointment was still good for Friday morning Jan 30. Someone could have even still been proactive when my original appointment came time and saw that wasn't going to happen and call to tell me. Instead it took multiple calls on my part to finally get an update after 4:00 Jan 30 that my truck never even made it in the door. Reluctantly agreed to leave it for the weekend for a rescheduled appointment to Monday morning Feb 2. Get a call Monday morning Feb 2 at about 9:30 that the tech scheduled had an unfortunate family event happen over the weekend. I understand life happens and not upset about that. We reschedule again for Monday Feb 9, absolute first appointment possible and was told it was a 3-4 hour job. Drop the truck off the night before again so it's there and ready first thing. Once again someone could have been proactive once the estimated time had passed and updated me. Instead, it again took me calling for an update first at 2:53PM and left a voicemail. No return call and so I had to call back at 4. Got ahold of the service writer and he said the truck was just now being finished up and backed out of the bay. Not sure what took so long, but proactive updates would keep a customer happier than I am. This all also comes after the truck was in prior for the 6.2L engine recall check. During that service the intake tube was removed at some point and whoever the tech was that took care of that service forgot to put the PCV hose back on. I know because the truck produced a check engine light, code PO106, and after looking under the hood discovered the PCV hose totally disconnected from the intake tube. Reconnected and after 4-5 engine cycles it went away. Luckily it was not something left incomplete that could have done more damage.

I had a 10:30am appt. When I arrived 3 hours later to pick it up they only had looked at the brakes and then pull my car back out to the parking lot. It still needed an oil change and tire rotation which had to sit there and wait on even longer.

Lack of communication. Not sure anything was even completed on my vehicle. Alignment still off.
