An oil change was performed without my authorization. I had recently changed my own oil, so that maintenence was not necessary. I only authorized repair actions, not routine maintenance.

This is a brand new truck and has many issues since we bought it. I have felt That I have to make sure that every issue is completely and thoroughly looked at. I feel like I have to fight to ensure the warranty is covering the issues on a truck that has 10k miles.

Didn’t feel I was kept up to date on all aspects of the repair between shop, insurance, and rental. People were very friendly, but making several trips to pick up and finding car not ready isn’t the best.

Mr Winter is a horrible lier. The only reason I brought my vehicle there was because of the service warranty purchased at sales there. I will never purchase anything else from there. I will tell all my friends about how horrible treatment I received.

Your people handled things very well and ultimately did an outstanding job! The problems I encountered were due to your phone system and the kack of an adequate receptionest system. I found in nearly impossible to get through b to a human who could answer questions about my service and when I left multiple messages they were not returned. You have an outstanding team, but zero customer service on the front end. I hope this helps!

On our way to Florida my engine lite came on. I pulled into your service bay, just hoping at best someone could scan my truck and maybe tell me what the code was. Cody West greeted me, took the time to scan my truck, had a technical read the code. Your dealership and Cody went WAY beyond what I expected, got me a bay quickly, explained everything completely, fixed the issue and had us on our way 2 and a half hours later. Who does that! Frank Leta and Cody did! Great job fellows!
