Vehicle was in the shop for 7 weeks. No communication or updates. When finally got to speak with someone, was told waiting on a part. Went to shop to check on vehicle and get some sort of information on progress to find out nothing has been done. Charged almost $700 for a part that hasn’t been received let alone put on my vehicle. This has been the worst experience.

Brought my vehicle in for service 10am appointment I asked if they could pick me up when finished. I was told no problem we will call you when it’s done. Never heard back from them at 5:15 I called (thought you closed at 6) the person who answered the phone told me they had tried to call me twice and left voice messages. I never got a call or a voice message. He then told me that he would check with me on Monday to let me know what was going on I asked him if I was supposed to just go without a car the whole weekend he said something about Tracy said something about that ? I came the next morning and picked up the car. I had to take a taxi.

I took my truck to Roy’s for a second opinion and he told me the transmission fluid installed in my truck was recalled he said they put the wrong fluid in at the factory so I should not have been charged 550 dollars
Tires were rotated but no air was added to my tires
I will NEVER do any business with this dealership again. Terrible customer service and even worse execution on fixing problems. We came in with 2 problems, after over 650$ later we STILL have the same issues.

Overall, a good experience. Not fan of suggestive selling and upselling other products. You can advise me of any issues you might find in your inspection of my vehicle.
As far as the insulting offer to buy my vehicle outright so that you can enjoy a $10,000 profit while screwing me, no thanks. I've been buying and selling vehicles (playing the game) longer than most of your staff has been alive.
As far as bragging about being veteran owned and then attempting to take advantage of this veteran, that's a bit of an insult.
The two gentlemen that checked me out were just great. I wish all service people were as great as they were and is helpful. They really helped me and answered all my questions. Thank you.
