Not a fan of your phone system tried to call the dealership after getting a text message video. It’s pretty sad that you can’t call direct to someplace that you’re trying to reach.

Please don’t contact me. Service took 5 hours when I was told it would take 1- 1 1/2 hours. I was told 380 For the work but it cost 560. Won’t go back again.

Staff was courteous and responsive. Service was completed in very quick fashion. Waiting room was clean and’s comfortable.
Grace is a keeper. She’s pleasant, enthusiastic, and efficient. She listened to my concerns and addressed them again when my vehicle was ready to go home. My confidence in my dealership has risen!

Tobias was great. But I did not appreciate being encouraged to approve services that were not presently essential. To Tobias’ credit he confided they were not totally presently necessary, but still it aggravated me that the email and Tobias brought up $1,000 of services that could properly be deferred. Retaining My money is more important than making it become Frank Leta’s money when he doesn’t appropriately deserve to have it. I miss the forthright counsel of the previous service manager.

Service was a good experience as usual. However the check engine light has come back on less than 24 hours after leaving the shop. Will need to return to ascertain the problem…..
