I made an appointment for an oil change and let service know their was an oil leak and that the oil was showing low. My appointment was at 7:30am Wednesday. I didn't get a call until after 2 that afternoon and they said it was done. When I asked about the leak/low oil they said oh they notated there's an extensive leak and there's a $165 diagnostic charge. I asked where it was leaking and what they did to fix it since they said the car was done. I was told they didn't know where the leak was coming from and now needed to keep overnight to look further. Service advisor said I would know something before lunch Thursday. At noon Thursday, I called and they left a message for Tara to call me. At 2, my husband called and they still had no answers. At 3:30 Tara called and said they were putting dye in the oil to identify where the leak was coming from. Which is exactly what they did in September and I brought my car in 4 or 5 times to have them check and was told everything was fine every single time. Come to find out they were only checking oil levels, not for leaks. Feel like we've been run in circles. Tara did say that this would be covered under warranty since the problem was reported prior to 36k miles. Just frustrated with the amount of time, gas, and miles we've had to put into bringing the vehicle back repeatedly with no answers.

Today I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. On my gmc terrains one of the wheel nut caps had come off. I asked the service rep he took me to the parts dept where parts rep told me they are crimped on and with time of having tire rotations they can come lose The tech had made a note on the back of the work order with part number and cost of $9.95. I said yes to that quote. When I payed the bill I questioned the charge of 29.99 was the told me my lug bolt needed replacing and spoke to me as if I knew nothing. I purchased my vehicle there and have had all service done there but that was the last I still have no lug nut cap since they tried to tell me I needed the bolt replaced. Very very dissatisfied
Someone needs to call me. I am highly dissatisfied with my interaction and I am out 400 dollars and I got the run around for 3 days and was without a car. Tobias would never answer my calls and help me figure stuff out. Someone higher up needs to give me a call please. Upset is an understatement.
