I called 5 times to schedule service after my truck was “evaluated” and I provided the warranty. I NEVER got a single call back after taking a day off work to leave my truck there for repair which never happened. Atrocious service.
They only changed the oil. For over 100 dollars they should have at least checked the air in the tires

Cadillac radiators should last more than 4 years. 3 have leaked and replaced in 76840 miles.

Service took 2 hrs longer than I was told when. I scheduled the appointment. I understand that several techs were I'll, but I feel someone could have called or texted to let me know. Managerial accept responsibility and gave me a discount.

At least every other day updates should be completed. If a client spends +1000$ on car repairs, a nice touch would be to rinse the car off or put a gmc water bottle in the seat. Some sort of a value statement piece.
