The warranty repair was not done properly, had to bring car back and no loaner cars were available. Not what I was expecting from a GM dealer. The people were very courtious and acomadating but was disappointed at the actual repair.
Got me right in and told me I had a recall on fuel injector flow rate and if I had an extra 30 minutes they would take care of it. I told them yes and thank you very much!!!!!

I was told that a loose wire was my problem with OnStar! Terra told me it would take 3-4 hours to fix! Come back a week later and now it’s 3-4 days! Wasted trip! Told me she would call Monday to schedule an appointment and get a loaner vehicle but she never did! Called on Tuesday and spoke with another lady and she got me an appointment and loaner! When I got there, Terra said she didn’t have a loaner but she eventually got me one! Took 4 hours to fix and it could have been fixed the week before! Wasted 2 trips

Tobias has been great. The mechanics not doing good/or possibly any work on certain aspects of the Yukon, not so much. After 4+ months and over $30k in repairs, one would think that the vehicle would be fixed. Currently the A/C system still blows hot and the steering wheel is still timed to the 11 o’clock position while driving in a straight line. Every time we get the vehicle back from repair, something new is wrong. After the motor and front magnaride shocks were replaced and A/C repaired, the alignment was off and the A /C still blew hot. When brought back in, new parts of the A/C were found to be bad and the rear magnarides all of the sudden were bad after only a couple of hundred miles… were they not inspected before? At least the handling and new rear brakes (typical use consumable so no problem) seem to be working well, now. I will be in St Louis on 6/26 but have left a message for Tobias to call me in the morning when he gets in. Will need to set up a new appointment to hopefully, finally get this vehicle fixed. Can GMC no longer build a quality vehicle that can even make it to 100,000 miles while being dealer serviced?
Had my car for 4 weeks with absolutely no communication. We tried to call multiple times. No one got back to us. No update. Then I picked it up and it still wasn’t fixed. Absolutely terrible service and customer service
Was treated very efficiently and quickly. Had a question about my transmission and Terra got the Service Manager to answer my question VERY WELL. I enjoyed having my service work done by your service dept.

Was charged $638.41 for less than 3 hours labor that equals out to $213 dollars an hour is that what Frank Leta charges a hour for Labor?
