Unsatisfied with the fact that the oil was not changed when I paid for it 2 weeks ago, that I unknowingly put another 700 miles on my car that needed an oil change, and that i had to bring it back to the shop yesterday. The work has now been performed, plus tire rotation. While I do appreciate that, an apology should have been provided. That should have caused great concern within your organization. Who signed off that it had been performed the first time? How many times has this occurred?

Only problem I had was they were overbooked and couldn't get to everyone as fast as they were booked. When I got there5 cars were pulled in and waiting. Not the fault of service people but the booking dept!

Emotionally Damaged By Good Service Brought my car in for an inspection, and honestly? I’m still recovering from the experience. I was “greeted” by my short, red-headed sister-in-law who talks like she owns the place. She’s five feet tall on a good day but somehow manages to command the room like she’s auditioning for the next Fast & Furious movie. Calm down, Ginger Toretto. She smiled, was polite, explained the process clearly, and acted like she knows what she’s doing — which, unfortunately, she does. It was humiliating. The inspection was thorough, timely, and accurate. Not a single surprise charge. Not even a free panic attack. I came prepared to fight for my wallet’s life, but they left me with peace of mind. Disgusting. And to top it all off, she sends me home with service advice AND later texts me asking if I want leftovers from something she cooked. So not only does she dominate the service lane, she’s out here cooking like a Michelin chef too? I came for an oil change. I left with emotional whiplash and a lasagna. DO NOT go here unless you’re ready to be disrespected by competence, charm, and aggressively good food. 1 star. Would suffer again Actually… 5 stars. Great service!

I was told the vehicle would Be ready on Wednesday but received no text or call. I had to call the next day, Thursday, to check on it and try to get an update Secondly, I was charged more than the estimated cost - one item was $50 more and the other item was $100 more. I walked away feeling victimized - having no control over time or costs.

Tobias was very professionall, waiting to hear the next steps regarding the recall on my truck, he assured me once it officially hits the system that we’ll start working towards a solution. I inquired about upgrading to a 2500 and he introduced me to Allen. I love my new truck and hope that GM comes up with a realistic solution for the engine recall.
