My bill isn’t correct. I had 1600 points, I ask that the value of the points go to reduce my bill. My points were taken from me , but there wasn’t any reduction in my bill.

I feared when I heard the lady say the technician would check everything and let me know if more work was needed that it was going to be like Honda, where they put you in a room and suggest very expensive and often unnecessary work. I was pleased it went quickly with no further interrogations!

We arrived unannounced, no appointment, having a problem with our 2025 Encore (the dash board went out, no gauges, nothing). Terra managed to get us in quickly and got the problem taken resolved. Our dash software had to be updated. "THANK YOU" Terra!
