Where do I start? I will start with what really upset me. After they serviced my vehicle. Which all they said they did was change the oil because they didn’t check to see if I had a service agreement because they said they can’t do for every vehicle that comes through which probably only takes a couple keys pushed on the computer. They let my wife leave with a bad battery. I was told after I asked them that they had to jump it. She even asked if there was a problem and was told no. Why would you let a person leave your dealership in 100 degree weather knowing that there could possibly be a problem with the battery. We are fortunate that I am a mechanic and only work a few miles away. She drove a few blocks and stopped. I had to leave work and go jump the vehicle again. There are several problems with this. If that would have been an older person or maybe a person with young kids or an infant it could’ve been bad. I’m really angry that they lied to her and let her leave without telling her that there was a problem starting it. When I went back and confronted them she even told me that it was a little sluggish when she started it to pull in the bay. I have two problems with this statement. For one it’s push button start. It either starts or it doesn’t. It won’t even try to start if there’s not enough voltage but even if it did and it was sluggish don’t you think that might be something you would check into. I have many problems with my experience with your service manager. I have had no problems before with your services but today’s experience was terrible. I would not recommend your services to anyone.
I’ve had two oil changes at your place and both times waited 2.5+hours.
My issues were not completely addressed. Air still not working properly and two other issues not fixed
Also gonna invoice only to find out it was $300 more. That’s wrong

Maintenance wise on the vehicle, i was completely satisfied. However, when I dropped off my vehicle around 1230, I was told the diag would be completed around 2:00. I was not called back into the dealership until around closing time of 5pm. I also called to get an update several times and only spoke to a person once. I called the service desk 3 separate times and only when I called sales did someone even pick up. I spoke to a woman who told me I would get a call back in 5 to 10 mins and didn't actually receive a call at all so called back after 35 minutes. I would not recommend the service team, besides to Maintenance professional to a family member or friend.
