Tobias, Terra, and Zack have always been good to me every time i go for either a service or a repair, they are always friendly, understanding and very uplifting I appreciate their hard work and dedication on what they do. Frank Leta is lucky to have these incredible people as their employees. The reason i say this is because all three go above and beyond to take care of the customer base in Frank Leta. I have been taking in my truck to different dealerships in Texas, New Mexico and bow Missouri and by far this dealership by far has treated me like a person and not just another number. I hope Frank Leta pays these individuals well if not I recommend they do. I worked as a chef and dealt with people in the restaurant industry for about 10 years and I know how it is when you have to handle and de-escalate certain situations and they do it extremely well Thank you Frank leta on taking care of me and my truck. If i could buy a truck from you I will but I cant Haha.

We are tired of getting the run around and people not knowing what they are talking about. For example I was told to bring my truck in the morning, but you guys were apparently full and didn’t communicate that to us. It seem as nobody knew what was going on.

Yes but not happy with dash setup. Can’t see instant mpg, no overall average. Buick needs to see Chrysler Oacifica and Subaru Outback on how it should be.
