Throughout the 2 weeks that my car was in the shop, I continued to have problems getting correct information! My car would be ready on Thursday…on Friday, parts aren’t even here and don’t know when they will be. Delay after delay on a 6 month old car. Was told I could be put on “the board” for a loaner when one came available! Then, when I finally got my car back, there is no washer fluid in it. I have been a Frank Aleta Acura customer for 12 years and have never experienced this kind of service!

My remote start feature no longer works and it worked prior to the car being serviced.
Suprising truck wasn't washed. But happy w the Nice team.
