My only issue i had with my experience was one of the associates disconnecting my dash cam once inside my vehicle. I didn't really care that other contents inside the vehicle were touched/moved around, but I regard the dash cam within the vehicle as a safety feature.

Would have appreciated some observations about the 'multi-point inspection'. I was not informed of any issues, but that's not to say that there wasn't any. Nonetheless, they did a very good job on my alignment.
Anthony was courteous, informative and answered my questions. I also saw him interacting with other customers in the same manner. He’s a plus for your business. I’ve never had a complaint about the service department staff.
The job was done quickly, correctly, and even fixed a hidden problem that was soon to become a problem. The communication from the office was great and kept me informed on the process through out the warranty work.
