I texted to remind if the front fender on passenger side checked and screws installed and I got the text back saying it installed. But when I paid the invoice then checked my vehicle out the fender never looked at and crews not replaced. I need to bring my vehicle back to get the fender fixed and screws installed.

Everyone was so welcoming. Honestly it was a breath of fresh air as customer service is not always a priority. I appreciated Ethan talking me through what needed to be fixed and not trying to upsell me on things. I actually told my husband when I got home that the next car we buy is from you guys.

Ethan has been my service representative several times over the past years and he is always courteous and able to answer any and all questions I may have. I like the fact that many of the service representatives have been there a number of years and to me it speaks highly of Baxter.
