Danny and Shaun did an excellent job educating me about my Rav 4. They personify excellence in customer support (and demonstrated great patience and professionalism in helping me comprehend a squeaking brake issue). It turns out to be a non-issue. Turning off the automatic parking brake has really helped. They are great representatives of the Toyota and Baxter brands! Keep up the fantastic work!!!

Service tech didn’t want to put my truck back together the way it came into Baxter for oil service and tire rotation . Absolutely lazy . Have always brought my truck to Baxter since it was new never had problem always great service but not this last time

Very quick, but paid attention detail. Gave me a loaner and didn’t even ask for it. They just knew I needed it. Great and nice people!

The whole process took a day. I called to make an appointment.. later that week I went to the place. Gave them the car keys and insurance and just left. They even offered me a ride home which I love and though I know other issues would take longer they got it back to be by the end of the day. They were also all very kind too
