Every time I go in they never to see if I have warranty. They always tell me I have to pay and I tell them I have warranty. I actually paid for it once and have never been refunded. I wish I would have bought from someone. Plus last time I was need they never fixed the sensor on my tire. Again, they did it again. Now I have to take it back because the sensor is still on. Last time they told me that it was broke. I told them to fix it this time and it still was not fixed. Now I have to take it back. I am very upset and disappointed.

Keith, the courtesy driver, was very kind and helpful! Ethan also helped when Paul was assisting another guest. I appreciated Bryce's videos to explain the inspections.

It took 2.5 Hra for my scheduled oil change, new wipers and a new battery. I was told when I arrived that it wouldn't take too long and courtesy car wasn't around. I told the man when I arrived what was needed and so he knew, if the approximate time to get things done. He said it wouldn't take too long. So I waited and then another guy came out and said that my original guy had left , so he was taking over. He wanted to quote me. I had been there an hour and a half at this point, and I was shocked that they hadn't yet done the battery or wipers. They guy who originally greeted me was sitting there when I finally checked out, he really hadn't left. Someone dropped the ball and I'm pretty sure they forgot about my car/ me and that why it took 2.5 hours. I'm disappointed, because I used to get quick and thorough service at Baxter Toyota and now it seems like these people in the service department, really don't care, nor do they want to work.
