I said it last time and I will say it again- Davis is a very kind and helpful person. I was nearly 30 minutes late to my appointment due to the construction that closed off the Giles Road exit to the dealership and let’s face it I was also running a little behind leaving work as well. I was feeling stressed with being late as I am usually punctual and David greeted me as soon as I pulled my car in the garage and made things really easy. I was able to sit and relax while the team worked on my car so I can get back on the road with peace of mind it’s running smoothly. Every time I go into the dealership I’m glad I purchased my vehicle there and reminded that I made the right choice.

Follow-up on my Tundra oil change—went to Baxter and mentioned I had a doctor’s appointment an hour later. When a delay came up due to skid plates, Jonny, my advisor, handed me a loaner on the spot so I wouldn’t miss it. Outstanding service. I tracked down his boss to say thanks. Five stars—highly recommend!
