Your service department did not respond to our inquiry twice. We had to involve our salesman who winged the warranty response but ultimately made good on it. That trim piece is such a common problem, I resented having to make a second trip to resolve it.

Easy to check in and a great lounge for waiting. The service was quick and efficient! Staff is friendly and listens to my questions. There is a reason we own 3 Toyotas all purchased from Baxter Omaha.

Nate was so helpful in getting my work done on my RAV. He was there with my last service and did an excellent job then. Better keep him on the staff! Time will tell if the actual mechanical work was excellent, but I have not been disappointed in the past. Thank you!
