My engine has recently been replaced and they still advised many services. Also oil was left on my engines’s top cover and not wiped off after changing oil.

Ethan was attentive, and went out of his way to thoroughly explain the required repairs. The team had impeccable communication and completed the work in a very timely fashion. They secured a loaner vehicle without hesitation before it was even requested. Ethan and the Baxter team were sensational and made an unexpected and unpleasant repair a pleasant experience.

I received good service today! The service advisor wasJohnny-on-the-spot as soon as I opened my car door. My only complaints are that my vehicle was not washed today, forgive me, I was hoping it would be, and the Maintenance Required light wasn’t reset after my vehicle was serviced. However, I am grateful for the discounts on the engine and cabin filters. It is appreciated! :)
