Ethan did a great job. He was polite and professional. The main suggestion I have is to have your mechanics to wipe off their greasy handprints off the hood and doors of the car. I brought in three very clean cars and everyone of them had greasy handprints on the hood and doors.

This was the second time in less than a week, I had to bring the car back in to get it serviced. I have spent over $2500 dollars to hopefully get it fixed. I blame the technician for not catching the problem and taking the time to fix it correctly the first time. I get it is busy but don’t cut corners on the job request to get to the next vehicle. I hope I don’t need to bring my car back in again for service anytime soon.

Nate was very helpful. However, when scheduled the warranty work (updating software) was estimated to take 2 hours however it took over 3 1/2 hours. Nate explained the internet connection got dropped and when connnected was very slow. I would think with all cars moving towards all computer based software the dealership would have a dedicated internet line/router for the service department/shop.

My vehicle is Toyota Ra4 2018. I am very happy for you care my car from 8 years to now. On 16 September 2025 I drive my car to Baxter Toyota Là Vista NE 68128 for oil change and Alignment Customer # 269683. After that my car runs good it not always turn right but on 17 April 2026 I make oil change with same address Toyota above customer #269683 When your service finished I pay $112.12 and drive home and I feel my car always turn right. The staff were very accommodating with my request to see the repair work done. It was an unusual request, yet they understood my reasoning and did everything to accommodate my wishes. 5 stars!!????
