My husband was extremely satisfied with his and quickness of the appointment. We would like to build a strong relationship with the Toyota dealer in the Nebraska area. Our first Toyota dealership that we have dealt with was Corwin and it was a horrible experience.

I came in for routine maintenance and Victor got all my recalls taken care of. I travel for work and numerous Toyotas refused to do the one recall due to gas tank being full, no technicians available, parts were in my home state. Thank you for taking care of my truck.

I have owned my vehicle for 16 years and have trusted this location with all my service. It's the fact that service representatives like Ethan have been with Toyota for numerous years and this tells me a lot about this service location. Ethan has always been wonderful to work with and this keeps me coming back and being totally satisfied.

Davis Dawson was very good the rest of the staff was terrible .We arrived and another car pulled in after us and the guys at the counter were tripping over their tongues to help the good looking young lady first instead of us being there before her.Also I received a text about a recall on our vehicle and when we tried to schedule it we were told you don’t have the part for the recall but I was told you keep them in stock The service manager did comp the oil change but overall the behavior needs to be discussed. I will be contacting Toyota customer service about these situations this week
