I was satisfied although I do like it when the staff come talk me through what was found and that didn’t happen today. Davis was busy so he had someone else check me out so I didn’t have to wait which was nice.

My whole experience with Baxter LaVista after the initial purchase day has been a complete nightmare, including when my vehicle was damaged in the service department within 1 month of purchase. I will not be returning there ever. I will stick with Baxter Lincoln which has always been a wonderful experience for our family. Please don’t contact me again.

I brought my vehicle in for a 15K mile service and the last Toyota Care Service. I paid for a maintenance package so it was completely covered. I drive from Lincoln to La Vista specifically to go to this dealership as I usually enjoy the customer service but not today. When I made the appointment I specifically stated I need the 15,000 miles service. When I got to the appointment I restated it this should have included greasing the drive shaft zerks and checking both the engine and the cabin filter which were also be checked by Toyota Care, after the appointment i asked if the 15K service was completed and it had not been. I had to wait again while my vehicle was taken back for the completion of this. Have to receiving my vehicle for the second time I drove a few blocks and went to put the receipt in the glove box. I noticed nothing in the glove box had been moved this would have been impossible if the air filter had been changed or checked. I took out the in cabin air filter in a parking lot and noticed it was full of debris and filthy. My checklist said it had been checked and was good obviously this was not the case. It made me wonder what else had not been checked or completed that said was on the checklist. I called and took it back immediately and Victor brought out a new air filter and put it in. Was my oil even changed were the tires properly torqued this is now a safety concern and I wish for the service manager to call me and tell me how he will make this right. It was a waste of my time money and energy

I asked about my brakes, sounds like my rear are making a squealing noise, they said they were fine, I got my truck back and they are still making the noise, not sure what is going on. Tired of hearing the noise when I stop.

I received awesome customer service today! The only thing that I would suggest is better audio on the video that the technician films. It's hard to hear him over all the back ground noise I will always take my toyota to you guys!
